Debbie Bond and Mitch Concepcion, both licensed hearing aid dispensers, have over fifteen years of experience in the hearing aid field. “Our company offers fitting of the most advanced in hearing aid technology in the world. We are dedicated to ensuring that each person we have the opportunity to serve has the best hearing aid for his or her unique hearing challenges.”

Mitch Concepcion is married to his wife, Natalie, and has two daughters. His hobbies include music, dancing and sports (Go Kings, Giants and 49ers!). He has benefited from many experiences in college and in his military career of fourteen years, but the hearing aid field continues to be the most meaningful. “I love to solve hearing and comprehension problems. I feel tremendous gratification helping someone improve their hearing and enjoy life more. It’s exciting!”

Debbie Bond is married to her husband, Mike, and has two sons and one grandson. A long-time sports fan, she plays golf and keeps an eye on football and women's basketball. She enjoys cooking and reading, but her passion is her profession. Debbie was honored to be chosen to travel to Belize with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. During the mission, she an her team fit sixty-four children and adults with hearing aids free of charge. “It's very rewarding to help someone hear well. I enjoy the audiometric testing and fitting, but the best part is the continuing service during the years. My clients are like family. It's fulfilling work!”
